Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return period
You can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the goods. If it exceeds 30 days, we will not be able to provide you with refund or exchange service.
2. Return and exchange conditions
In order to meet the return conditions, your goods must meet the following requirements, and your goods must meet the following requirements:
The goods must be brand new and unused, and keep the original state when you receive them.
The goods must be accompanied by the original packaging and all accessories.
All labels (such as tags) must be intact and not removed.
Proof of purchase or order number is required.
3. Non-returnable goods
The following types of goods do not meet the conditions for return and exchange: gift cards, discounted promotional goods, underwear, earrings and other goods that cannot be sold twice for health reasons, and personalized customized goods.
4. Return and exchange process
Submit an application: please send an email to our customer service mailbox or submit a return application through the "Contact Us" page of the website.
Obtain authorization: after the customer service team has passed the examination, it will provide you with the authorization number and delivery address for returning goods.
Send back the goods: unless there is a quality problem with the goods, the freight charge for returning or returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
5. Refund processing
We will send you a notification email after receiving and checking your return. After approval, the refund will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
