Logistics tracking information may be updated with a 24–48 hour delay after shipment, which is a normal logistics system delay.

5. Damaged & Lost Orders

If your package is severely damaged, missing items, or lost during transportation, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the package or confirming logistics loss. You need to provide order number, tracking number, and relevant photo evidence. We will verify the situation and provide solutions such as reshipment, partial refund, or full refund according to the actual situation. We do not accept compensation applications for damage or loss reports submitted beyond the valid time limit.

6. Shipping Restrictions & Exceptions

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse shipping to remote areas, high-risk regions, or regions with special customs supervision policies.
